Cancellation Policy + Lateness

We require a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Any appointments canceled with less than a 24 hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled services. No-shows will be charged the full price of all scheduled services. We understand that emergencies happen, people get sick, or the weather might not cooperate to allow you to travel safely. We ask that you give as much notice as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. All cancelation fees are up to your service provider’s discretion.

Running late? We understand that things happen but we ask that you reach out to us and let us know if you are running late. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may have to be rescheduled for another day and you may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled services.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for any services performed. If you are dissatisfied in any way, your service provider will exhaust all available resources to correct any issues to ensure you are satisfied, to include same service provider correction, service discount, or credit for future services with the same service provider.

Location + Parking - Sinners North

Located on Federal Blvd right across the street from Regis University. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you have ample time to find parking. We do not have a dedicated parking lot, but there is plenty of street parking available. Please be mindful of all street signs as we are not responsible for any tickets or towing. If you need accessible parking please reach out to us via phone, instagram, or email.

Location + Parking - Sinners South

Located on S Broadway right next door to Fifty-Two 80's! Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you have ample time to find parking. We do not have a dedicated parking lot, but there is plenty of street parking available. Please be mindful of all street signs as we are not responsible for any tickets or towing. Our neighbors at Azucar Bakery(pink building) are kind enough to let us use their lot after 4pm, so if you do not see parking nearby, feel free to use that lot ONLY after 4pm.

Accessibility - Sinners North:

-We can provide masks and earplugs by request

-Bathroom: We have an ADA accessible bathroom

-Nearest bus stop: Federal and 50th, super close!

-The front entrance of the salon is not street level, there are a few stairs to access. The back entrance is street level and is wheelchair friendly. If you are in a wheelchair or cannot use stairs please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via phone, instagram, or email. We have accessible parking in the back by request.

-Our shampoo bowls, nail stations, and haircutting stations are wheelchair friendly.

-If you are sensitive to scents please aware that while in the salon, you may be exposed to strong scents and odors and it is recommended you wear a mask.

-If you are sensitive to loud sounds, please tell any service provider and we will be able to lower the music but unfortunately blow dryers are kinda loud so it would be recommended you wear earplugs of some sort.

-Allergies: Please let your stylist know if you have ANY allergies, including pet allergies as we have a shop pet and allow guests to also bring pets.

-Nearest bus stop: Jewell and S Broadway, super close!

-The entrance of the salon is at street level and there is no step or stairs. The front door is wheelchair friendly, as well as our shampoo bowls and haircutting stations.

-The door does not have a push bar/or button

-If you are sensitive to scents please aware that while in the salon, you may be exposed to strong scents and odors and it is recommended you wear a mask

-If you are sensitive to loud sounds, please tell any service provider and we will be able to lower the music but unfortunately blow dryers are kinda loud so it would be recommended you wear earplugs of some sort.

-If you are immunocompromised, we offer masked days on Wednesdays upon request(Sinners South ONLY*, you must tell your service provider at time of booking to ensure we can accommodate this request)

Are you dog friendly?

Absolutely! As long as your dog is friendly and potty trained, we encourage you to bring them along. We keep a stash of dog treats and a bowl of fresh water available at all times.

Unacceptable salon behavior

Unacceptable salon behavior includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate or sexual comments made to our staff or other clients, yelling or cursing at staff or other clients, racism, transphobia, homophobia or the like. These behaviors will result in being terminated as a client permanently from any and all staff, and you will be asked to leave the salon immediately.
